Personal Statement

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the rich tapestry of cultures around the world. Witnessing the artistry of the Inca weavers in Peru, the intricate beadwork of the Maasai women in Kenya, and countless others ignited a spark within me. These experiences weren’t just about beautiful textiles; they were stories whispered through generations, traditions passed down through the loom and needle.

My most profound inspiration comes from recently uncovering the hidden treasures of Saudi Arabia’s tribal cultures. Each tribe possesses unique design elements waiting to be discovered. The women behind these textiles deserve a platform to showcase their artistry and gain recognition, empowering them both personally and professionally.

My designs go beyond clothing; they are narratives woven into fabric. I believe fashion empowers women to express themselves, celebrate their roots, and become living testaments to their cultural heritage. Reviving and incorporating old embroidery techniques is not just about aesthetics; it’s about preserving the artistry and traditions that define us.

My vision is to create a brand that sheds light on these forgotten art forms, making them relevant and empowering for the modern woman. I want to showcase the beauty and stories embedded in cultural heritage, one garment at a time.

This is more than just fashion – it’s a bridge between the past and the present, a celebration of women, and a canvas for artistic expression.
